Our Pocket Mask Training is a requirement for all NSW Police Force applications. This course will show you how to use a pocket mask when delivering rescue breaths to an unresponsive and non-breathing casualty.
After successfully completing the course with us, you will receive your certificate in pocket mask resuscitation.
What is pocket mask training?
This course is required for all NSW police force applicants and covers the usage of a pocket mask.
All students will be issued with a Statement of Completion in Pocket mask resuscitation (non-accredited).
This course needs to be booked in conjunction with our Provide First Aid Course (HLTAID011) or Provide CPR Course (HLTAID009)
This course can be delivered/assessed in the workplace or at facility organised by the training provider.
Participants must have the physical capacity to perform the practical demonstrations, such as 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on the floor and rescue breathing techniques on manikins.
